1. This online registration packet  contains the following information which must be completed in full, sign and returned to your TEAM MANAGER.

• Player Information & Medical Release/Waver Form.

• Player/Parent Agreement

• Liga Rainier SC Team Referee in Pool (RIP) Volunteer – go to website to volunteer if interested

•  Financial Aid Application Form  – download and fill in if you qualify for financial aid and are interested.

2. Provide proof of Age for all players

• Acceptable proof of age shall consist of copy of birth certificate, alien registration card, certificate of naturalization or passport .


3. Pay the registration fee.
• Make checks payable to Liga Rainier SC and return with the above forms in an envelope to the Registrar. Please make separate checks for each player and put the player name on the “memo” line of the check.

Registration Fees: Mod (U5-U10) = $70.00
Youth Recreational: (U11-U18) = $80.00
Shirts, shorts and socks are $25.00
(provided by Liga Hispana Players must
provide shoes and shin guards. Shirt shorts and socks are yours to keep.)
Donation towards scholarship fund $5.00

∗ The fee cover registration, field use, referees, league fees, and a team stipend but does NOT cover uniforms or team dues. Additional fees may be levied on a per team basis for expenses such as uniforms, paid coaching, extra field use and tournaments.
